Responsibilities
•
Serve as the initial point of contact for new clients, partners, and key stakeholders
•
Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities as well as assist in expanding sales channels
•
Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, and product) to ensure a smooth flowing sales cycle
•
Cultivate new relationships with key decision-makers and clients to develop in-depth knowledge of the customer organization
•
Identify and stay updated on latest industry trends and effectively communicate changing needs of customers to team members
•
Attend industry related conferences and events to maintain high visibility within the customer organization
Qualifications
•
3+ years of relevant work experience
•
Ability to travel between countries
•
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (Korean communication is a plus, but not necessary)
•
Team player with the ability to work across a cross-functional environment
•
Compelling communicator to both external and internal stakeholders and able to deliver presentations/demos confidently
•
Experience in closing accounts with key stakeholders and working with other teams to move accounts to the next level
•
Proven track record of successfully forming partnerships, deals, as well as conducting complex negotiations
